I have delayed ejaculation, I am not able to ejaculate during sexual intercouse, just when masturbating. If I spend 3 or 4 weeks of sexual abstinence I can ejaculate during intercouse. I am 39 years old, with really few relationships, during years only masturbating. I have never take drugs, medicine, I enjoy good health.

I read this in the wikipedia, and I think it could be the cause:

What can I do ? Which treatment I need ? Is there a easy solution for me ?

First off your partner needs to be understanding.

Buy some condoms and some good lube, I used mineral oil.

Lay some porn on your bed, get hard and lube up then put on the condom.

Now insert your penis in between your mattress and box spring...trust me on this.

Now thrust away. If you can cum like this you'll get used to having a second skin around your penis and not your hand.

Do this a few times over a week now lube your dick up the same way and insert it in the woman and boom! I came in here the first time ever!!!!
