Epididymitus - Lipitor, Prozac, Wellbutrin

I'm 42 and have had some minor prostate issues since my early 30s (prostatitus, retrograde ejaculation one time). I had a vasectomy in my late 30s and developed Epididymitus-like symptoms for about a month afterwords. Now, 3 years later I seem to have developed Epididymitis again. I'm on several medications and I'm wondering if they could be triggering the condition or making it worse (Lipitor for cholesterol, Quinipril for high blood pressure and recently low-dose Prozac & Wellbutrin for anxiety/depression).

Oh yeah, I also had some back injections a few weeks ago (Prolotherapy) to treat lower back and knee pain. The concept behind Prolotherapy is that it causes inflamation at the injection site and your body sends all it defenses to heal and rebuild that area. They say you should see improvement after a few rounds of injections, and I must say I have noticed less knee and back pain. Still, wondering if there's any connections with any of the meds or treatment I've had recently. Wondering if anyone has had a similiar experience.
