I had over 40 different tests done on me for STDS HIV, cancer and an Ultrasound and still nothing at UCLA and Sinal Cinai. The pain only occur on the left side of my body. My nodes are swellon, the doctors said my Toxomoplasmosis are high. I'm on antibiotic. once I stop the antibiotic my entire mouth got sore and i got fever and chills. The nodes under my chain is swellon, behind my left knee is inflame along with my left calf.

I went to an rhematologist, infectious disease doctors, who did over ten HIV and std tests on me and everything is good. They check my anal for cancer too but nothing. I'm always sick, with chills and pain under my armpits ( Mostly left). little dizziness my wieght are still the same 185. I need help because it's not getting better but getting worst.

this sounds a bit like what I have experienced. I have experienced pain, moderate to severe, beginning on the lower left abdomen, about 2" below my bellybutton, and 4" towards the left side, very deep interior pain. It would refer pain through my testicles (mainly the left) and sometimes down my left inner thigh.
I went through a lot of tests and nothing abnormal was found. My doctor decided to check my pelvic muscles, and discovered that mine spasm on the left side. These muscles support your reproductive/urinary systems, and when they are not sitting right, pain can be referred in unusual places. The nerves deep within your body are sometimes not sophistocated enough to determine exactly what is hurting.
Through some therapy I strengthened my abdominal muscles, and trained my spastic muscle to relax. Mine was caused through stress, the way I hold my body tensely when I get worked up. The pain I was experiencing greatly decreased.
I understand that this doesn't explain all your symptoms. It seems like all things you're experiencing are near glandular systems. Chin, armpits, groin are all home to glands of some sort, so don't rule out the possibility of an infection even though you have been checked.
As for the groin pain, try stretching your lower abdominal muscles, do some sit-ups if you're able, and check out kegel exercises.

These exercises are usually used to control incontinence, which you did not mention, but they also teach your muscles how to relax as well as contract.
I understand it sounds strange, but it really helped me, and if it doesn't work for you, it's just one more thing you can rule out.
best of luck, keep the faith
