Epididymitis/ Orchitis

could epididymitis be caused by a vasovasectomy? my husband had a reversal done seven days ago and has alot of swelling especially on the top of one side. he has no fever but has a cbc of 11.4 and has been on antibiotics for 24 hrs. he has pain and burning upon urination and is on a constant supply of pain meds.

Sure, it could just be inflammation from the surgery.
