Hi there.
I have had this happen twice now when resting. I don't get any numbness in my arms and besides the shock of the jolt, there is no pain. Have you found out any further info about this condition? Heart disease runs in my family. However, I don't think I have anything wrong with me either. I've just gone through 2 pregnancies so I've had a bunch of tests done for that and my blood pressure checked regularly. I'm just curious if this jolt is heart related or nerve related. Thanks
