hi, this might sound weird but i am 13 years old and i am having occasional shooting pains in the left side of my cheast i am very clamy and fatigue and somtimes i shake. Could this be signs of a heart attack

It is possible, however very rare, for a 13 yo to have a heart attack.
Have your parents take you to see your doctor, and he/she will then decide if the symptoms are due to your heart, or more likely, some other cause.
