Hi friend, recently I have lost 30 pounds in just over 40 days so I am feeling quite free and light. However with reduced weight I am facing couple of adverse effects too. Like headache, nausea, little pain in chest area. Does anyone of you have ever faced this after reducing your weight? I didn’t take any short cut like weight loose pills, for reducing weight. I did huge exercise and was on south beach diet. Know what should I do?

Hello,

Hypertension is very common. Your age, lifestyle, weight and medical history may give clues as to the cause. However, up to 90% of hypertension is "essential", meaning we do not have a clear cause. Speak with your doctor about a referral to a dermatologist and hypertension specialist.

Hope that helps.
