I had sex with a guy i have known all of my life, but he is very promiscuis. we were unprotected and about 2 weeks later i had a high fever,swollen glands, sore throat and a spot on my buttock that had a pus filled bump on it, went to the doctor, he gave my antibiotics. later that night still could not get the fever down went to the hospital. they got my fever down, gave me antibiotics and sent my home. the fever never came back, lymph nodes felt better in a few days. Is this symptoms of hiv? i will just die if it is literally. please answer and comment, also where to get tested.
