Mostly unexplained

So, Im a 31 y/o, G1/P1 female, overweight. I had my son when I was 25, about 100lbs ago. I have been evaluated for PCOS, and seems I do not have it, though I do have some of the physical features.

I had a D&C in August, to cleanse my uterus; I was retaining endometrium, for some unknown reason. The obgyn said I should be able to get pregnant after that, hopefully. I didn't. My progesterone levels are extremely low, but everything else is fine. I am "healthy" on paper, given the fact that my progesterone is low.

I get all sxs of cycles: breast tenderness, pms, mucus changes, temperature changes, pelvic pain (on "ovulation" day)... Im having all the fun, but not the product!

I have tried to conceive for over 6 months.

I am trying to get in to see a specialist to get treated with Glucophage, since my obgyn had mentioned it when we did the D&C, although I have gotten sidetracked due to a newly discovered issue (not fertility related).

I have recently lost about 20-30 pounds (since October), and my cycles have no changes, nor I seem to conceive.

Anyone has this kind of issues? Anyone treated with Glucophage that has had good outcomes? I read somewhere that the SAB rates with Glucophage vs Clomid are higher? Is this true?

Someone, please help!
