Question about liability

Post a new topicby SadJoe on Fri May 22, 2009 11:59 am

Hello,
My post is true and a serious post. I am 63 and in the same boat as most of you posting with peyronie's I had a long time girlfriend. One time about two years ago during sex, she was on top of me, during sex, at one point things didnt line up as she came down and wham, really hurt my penius, ok so next time we had sext my penius hurt really bad, about a few months later a cruve started to form near the head, the pain went away, I did a lot of searching on the internet, found out what I was looking for.. aparently Peyronies resulted from blunt trauma. Went to a surgen doctor basically he told me surgery didnt always work, told me of his experiences doing the surgery and what I should be aware of. Well worst part is like some of you experience, the penius was not that big to start with in my case, and this problem makes it smaller yet. So here I am divorced, living alone, the girl friend broke up with me over other issues, she wanted me to sell my home and have us buy one together.. As far as the injury, she said I didnt use enough viagra thats why this happned but that is not true, the penius was rock hard and errect. So the question is I wonder if I can sue her for personal injury? I know this is a legal question and I should go some other place for an answer, but do any of you think I would have a chance to sue? I want to stay sexually active, but how can I in this condition, I know you guys can relate. The urologist I saw said when a woman is on top of you you have no control over anything, so that would be my basis for the lawsuit, but since we were both in agreement of the postition Im not sure how this would go. I did some research on the internet and one laywer said if she has homeowners insurance its worth a try but thats as far as the free advice went. This is really a sad thing, I am not a sex machine and never thought of my self as one, but women do expect sex at some point in time of a relationship, and I dont have much to offer now, I thought I was in bad shape befor. Any input on this would be helpfull.
Thank you,
Sad Joe
