Cyst on testical-painful

I have had a cyst on my testical for 3 years now. It causes sexual dysfuction due from the pain. A small bump on testi right by the epididimus. Can the cyst be removed? I've had an ultrasound done and all the doctors can feel the bump. The urologist says there is nothing he could do. He told me just to live with pain, I got the bum rush treament.I went to the pain clinic and got a nerve blocking medication. It works a bit ,although I hate side affects of it. Help!
