Testicular Pain/ Scrotal Pain

Okay, so I woke up about three days ago with a very sore right testicle. The scrotum is very red and enlarged. My testicles are extremely sensitive, it hurts to walk, to get up, and they are so big that I have to hold them when i sit down so they don't hit the seat and cause me dramatic pain. It seems that if I am in one position for a while, the pain will go away and I will forget about it. I have been reading about epididymis and testicular torsion, and I am freaking out. I hope to god this isn't testicular torsion. Is there any way to check manually? I haven't gone to the doctor yet because I have a really big test that pretty much determines my grade for the class I am taking. When I tried to ejaculate, my sperm was completely yellow and runny instead of white and sticky. I actually saw a tiny bit of blood in it once. When I urinate, I get a sharp pain when I am about to finish that causes me to bend over in discomfort. I also urinate frequently too. I should also let you know that I took a prohormone supplement which I ended about 3 weeks ago, which might be the cause for this. What it does is it takes testosterone in your body and uses it to make you bigger, like steroids do, except they come in a pill. I am just starting a supplement called nolvadex (The real liquid version) which is an estrogen blocker and testosterone booster, it is what everyone, even professionals recommended. I don't know why this happened to me all of the sudden. I have been sexually active recently, and I use a condom every time, but I didn't for the first part recently. She was a girl that I have been sexually active with occasionally for a while now. But after reading about torsion I had to ask!! I am really worried because I don't want to have one of my testicles removed or have surgery. I will do what is necessary of course but I am really nervous. I really don't want to be infertile. Please write any advice, ANY ADVICE that anyone has. IT IS REALLY APPRECIATED. Thank you so much!!!

By the way, I am 19 years old, so I find this to be very rare among kids my age. I keep seeing this african connection but contact ifo is always removed. the pain in my testicle is getting to be too much to bare and since having bad reactions to meds, I refuse to take synthetic drugs and pain killers. I have a hard enough time taking ibuprofen for headaches. When I started taking homeopathic meds a year and a half ago I had my only relief in 6 years.
