Testicle pain / traveling testicleI am 42 yrs old, married and I have had on-going issues with my scrotum/testicles since having a Vasectomy in 1993. Not to be vulgar, but my scrotum used to "hang" much like most guys. In recent years - my scrotum has basically become a tight nut sack that seldom descends. The best way to explain what I mean is : you know how your scrotum normally hangs in the summer months because of the heat and shrinks after swimming or in the colder temps?? Well my scrotum has essentially been in the "shrunken" state for quite some time. I have had random issues with testicle pain since having my vasectomy which I have not really paid much attention to through the years. I seldom do self-exams because it hurts to do them and always has.
In the past 5 years, I've noticed that there is virtually no force in ejaculating. It basically spills out versus shooting out like it used to and it's half the amount it used to be. My new issue has to to do with my right testicle actually going up into my abdomen when I orgasm. It doesn't happen with any frequency, but when it happens - I actually have to push on my pubes to make it go back down. This obviously hurts when it occurs. I'm not even sure where to start. I have so many random things going on. I have seen a Urologist in the past who advises that my testes are normal in size, but never addressed the fact that I stated they used to be bigger and have shrunk. He mentioned that the ascending teste has to do with an opening in something or other and has to do with a shortened cord of some sort. As for the painful left testicle that rears it's head 4-5 times a year and getting an erection is starting to be an issue - not sure what to do with that. He never addressed it. No scan, no labs.... no anything. Does anyone else out there have anything that vaguely mirrors what I just said. If so, I'd love to hear from you.

I've never joined a forum before but I thought it was my duty to let you know someone else on the planet is going through the exact same thing. I'm learning more about how this can happen...so far a a challenging vasectomy where the vans deferens retracts into the abdomen is one reason this might be happening. I know I definately left the doctor with somebody elses "equipment"! I'm also having serious issues with osteoarthritis including the spine. You can experience some pretty nasty "referred" pain from problems in your lower back. Hope this helps... I couldn't just read your post and not respond. Good luck puckfan .. and I'm hoping the name has something to do with a love for hockey!
