Testicular Pain/ Scrotal Pain

I am a 23 year old male. I have had lower left abdominal pain for the past 4 months. My doctor sent me to stomach ultrasound 4 months ago, but this didn't show anything other than an enlarged spleen. 4 months ago I also had a chest x-ray done and this showed enlarged blood vessels in the lungs (I didn't have a cold or any virus at that time). Now I have a pain in my lungs and in my left testicle and there's a taste of blood in my mouth. My wisdom tooth is coming at the moment, so not sure if the pain might be due to that. I am getting a blood test and lung x-ray done tomorrow, but am writing to ask what you think might be wrong with me. Many thanks!
