Varicocele

I was suffering with pain in testis, i consulted a physician, he suggested varicocectemy, I undergone for a surgery to treat the varicocele, after 3 months i got recovered fully from operation, but in the 6th month the pain was started again, now this is my second year im facing troubles with this varicocele, now varicocele has got developed in right testicle also (earlier it was only in leftf testicle).
