Am 25,
I suffered a blow to my groin about 11years ago and since then I have had this swollen on my left scrotum.
I now experience mild dragging pain in my scrotum to my lower abdomen,
Please what can I do, and How can continue to manage my situation,

Go to a doctor or put up with it. Your only two options. Even then if its only mild pain they may not want to operate unless there is a fertility issue.
