Varicocele

Well my story is as follows...My DH and I had been trying to conceive 1 year when he went to have a SA done. The results weren't good at all. 1.5 sperm, low morphology etc. He went and had the ultrasound and they found variocele which needed to be operated. In less than 1 month he went ahead and had it done. 3 months after we went and had the first SA test post op and the results were devistation...0% everything...
Next month we go for the 6 month test and we are praying for better results. What are the chances of his sperm getting better to the point of conceiving naturally? Anybody had any similar results?
