Varicocele

I just had an ultrasound that revealed a small varicocel. However, my urologist said it was soo small he did not think it posed a threat and did not recommend doing anything at this time. Is it worth spending the $$ for a 2nd opinion in my case? Could he be wrong? he also said that chance of infertility in my case was small.
