Varicocele

My ultrasound Scrotal Doppler Report impression is as following:
Bilateral grade I varicoeles with bilateral small epididymal cysts.
(GradeI varicoeles are not on both sided more prominent on right within presence of reflux.)
Normal appearing both the testes.

My Dr. advised me for lap. Varicocelectomy surgyury.
in my case i suffered from deteroite in sperms count.(fertility)

my question is ,after surgery how much possibilities is that my fertility probleme will be normal,
and is their another option beside surgery?
